What the site is
EduFinance Canada is a free service that passes personal loan requests, with the applicant's consent, to lending partners. We are not a lender or a loan broker acting on your behalf. We do not make credit decisions, set rates, or guarantee that any lender will contact you or make you an offer.
Your information
You agree to give accurate information about yourself and to submit requests only for yourself. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.
Loans and lenders
Any loan is a contract between you and the lender, under that lender's terms. The lender must disclose its rate, term, fees and total cost of borrowing before you sign. Every offer is subject to the lender's credit approval (OAC). We are not responsible for a lender's decisions, offers or conduct.
Information on this site
Content on this site is general information, not financial, legal or tax advice. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false information or someone else's information, attempt to disrupt the site, or use automated tools to send requests.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, 9502-2752 Québec Inc is not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the site or from a lender's decisions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law, including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.
